Grown on four vineyards ranging from 950 to 1,450 metres in elevation, this Chardonnay consistently impresses with its fullness of ripe peach, citrus and tropical tones, its mineral, floral embroidery and its subtle toasty notes, the latter from 10 months in French oak. Savour with roast chicken or pork.
